LRC Adds New Daylighting Conference

The Daylight Institute held a few weeks ago in NYC filled so quickly that we were unable to accommodate everyone who wished to attend, so we have added an additional session.

The Daylight Institute is a one-day seminar on daylighting design for architects, lighting designers, and other professionals who are interested in designing sustainable daylighted buildings and successfully incorporating daylight harvesting control systems into their building and lighting designs. The seminar will include interactive lectures, demonstrations, case study reviews and practical sessions that will involve participants in the process of daylighting design and analysis. Participants will also learn about software tools that they can use to assist with daylighting design, economic analysis, and the selection and specification of daylight harvesting control systems.

The cost of the session is $125 for those who live or work in New York State. This will include continental breakfast and lunch as well as all course materials. Participants will earn 7.5 AIA Health, Safety, Welfare Learning Units (LUs/HSW) for attending the Daylight Institute.

The LRC will hold the Daylight Institute on December 10, 2015 at the RAB Lighting Showroom in New York, NY.
