Vancouver, BC, July 10, 2017 – Fluxwerx Illumination Inc. is pleased to announce the appointments of Reuben Bartlett as General Manager, Ben Garfinkel as Senior Marketing Manager and Adrian Howitt as National Sales Manager of Fluxwerx Illumination Inc. All appointments are effective immediately. Tim Berman, formerly the president of Fluxwerx Illumination Inc., has accepted the position of President + Chief Operating Officer of Lumenpulse Group across all brands and geographies. Lance Howitt, formerly Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Fluxwerx Illumination Inc., is also taking on global responsibility for all brands in the Lumenpulse Group as Chief Marketing Officer of Lumenpulse Group Inc.
Reuben Bartlett
General Manager, Fluxwerx
As General Manager of Fluxwerx, Reuben will be in charge of all day-to-day aspects of the operations and forward strategy. Reuben joined Fluxwerx at inception in 2011 as Senior Manager of Marketing + Products. His contributions have been extensive at all levels of the organization and he has been a key member of the management team from the start of the company.
Reuben has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries and has spent the last 10 years in the lighting sector in senior roles focused on business management and strategy, product development, product management and sales and marketing management. Reuben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales + Marketing Management and is a Dean’s List honors graduate from the MBA program at Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
Adrian Howitt
National Sales Manager, Fluxwerx
Adrian’s new role at Fluxwerx will be to oversee the group of Fluxwerx Regional Sales Managers, the sales efforts, and agency relationships as the company continues the rapid growth phase in North America. Adrian brings over twenty years of successful sales and management experience in the lighting industry, most recently overseeing sales for Fluxwerx in the Eastern half of the continent for the last four years as Regional Sales Manager.
Adrian joined Fluxwerx very early on and has spent his entire career in the lighting industry both as an agency spec sales rep and senior sales positions at Ledalite and Louis Poulsen. Adrian has experience in the wholesale and retail lighting environments along with deep tenured relationships throughout the North American agency community.
Ben Garfinkel
Senior Manager, Marketing, Fluxwerx
Ben has been with Fluxwerx in spirit right from the beginning as the external brand strategy and identity consultant. In taking over the internal role, Ben will lead strategic direction and creative concept development for Fluxwerx, providing continuity for marketing brand leadership across all platforms.
Combining a commerce degree with his background in photography, communication design, advertising and marketing led Ben to co-founding a highly successful and award-winning creative agency. As firm leader, over the past 19 years Ben has directed strategy, print and digital design communications for a wide array of national and international clients, specializing in architecture, engineering and manufacturing.
