Dave comes most recently from CREE, Inc where he managed lighting representatives and lighting sales throughout the Eastern and Mid-Atlantic Region. Known and respected in the industry, Dave comes to Deco with 36 years of experience in lighting. He has owned a lighting consulting company and has worked both as a lighting representative and manufacturer’s representative. Previous to CREE, Inc he spent almost a decade at Philips Daybrite where he served as the East Coast Specification Sales Manager.

Dave joins a management force that will soon include Mid-West and Western Regional sales managers. Dave spends most of his down time riding his 2015 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited. He is an avid outdoorsman, swimmer, hiker, rock climber and white water guide. He has three children, Dr. Keli Alber (26), Anthony (17) and Katherine (15).
