You will be joining a high power team of peers who have taught at prestigious universities and have worked at the world’s leading lighting and high technology companies and started multiple successful high technology companies. Salary is highly competitive and supplemented by equity, bonuses and uncapped commissions.

This position reports directly to the CEO of the company.

Requirements

Familiarity with different aspects of the Lighting OEM and Distributor sales channels, including National Accounts, Distribution Chains and Independents, Corporate Accounts, End Users, Electrical Contractors, ESCO’s, LMC’s, Lighting Manufacturers RSM’s, and Lighting Representative Firms.

Skills and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or technical discipline.
  • 10 years progressive experience leading a cross-functional team including sales and technical staff.
  • Experience with lighting products, manufacturing, consulting, and related technologies
  • Experience overseeing a multi-faceted division within a fast-paced rapidly- growing organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and abilities

Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
