LOCATION
Corporate office in San Bruno, CA but company is open to remote location
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Support
- Provide technical support for all the product line
- Trouble shoot issues with customer and coordinate with engineering team

Liaison for quality issues
Sales Support
- Propose best lighting specification / solution
- Assist sales team in crossing specs for jobs and elaborate quotes
- Review and validate compatibility and feasibility of custom orders before it gets processed
Training
- Close cooperation with marketing team to develop training material
- Assist in product training of the team
Lighting Design
- Prepare design layout, lamps and fixtures schedule, specifications and calculations
- Provide photometric evaluation (AGI 32, Dialux)
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years’ work experience in lighting, electrical background preferred
- Engineering degree
- Independent and resourceful
