Techlight is a well established landscape and commercial HID lighting manufacturer based out of Dallas, TX. Our business has grown over the last 25 years and has recently expanded operations to include specification grade LED and fluorescent product lines. We are currently looking for a well qualified Southeast Sales Representative based near Atlanta, GA to manage that sales market.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Develop new sales opportunities
- Target Electrical contractor and Lighting Maintenance accounts
- Coordinate with inside sales reps on special projects
- Communicate new product information to customers
- Attend trade shows representing the Techlight brand
- Make joint and individual sales calls to both existing and potential customers
Skills / Education / Experience
- Thorough knowledge of HID, LED and fluorescent lighting
- Superb spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent sales presentation and public speaking skills
- Highly motivated to develop a unique sales territory
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary
- Minimum 5 years experience in an outside sales position
