Establish standard costs for purchased material and track compliance. Research and identify alternate materials or design of a part to reduce cost or improve availability.

Service Level Improvement. Supplier performance is measured and shared with suppliers routinely in an effort to continuously improve service. Supplier on time and complete delivery of a quality product is paramount to providing the Acuity customer with a superior experience.
