Lighting Services, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Development Engineer, who has a strong knowledge of lighting design, advanced lighting controls and lighting system analysis to generate high level product specifications and energy saving proposals.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelors degree and LC
- 10 years of related experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visual, AIG32, and AutoCad.
- Must have experience working with ESCO’s
- Possess an understanding in all aspects of developing an energy project; equipment, technologies and the contracting process
- Excellent verbal, written and computer communication skills. Have the ability to work with both the sales team and our customers to develop projects.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to ensure savings projections are accurate and the project scope is executable within budget
- Possess the ability to properly define, write and articulate the project scope.
- Be responsible for creating and ensuring the appropriate Measurement and Verification process is followed
- May be required to pass security clearance investigation and travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Must be comfortable working from home.
