Paraflex is a fast growing lighting manufacturer that specializes in outdoor LED lighting for commercial and industrial applications.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial minded sales manager to assist in growing distributor based sales.

Job summary:

Sales Manager is responsible for building and growing sales and managing the sales agent network.

Principle Responsibilities:

–        Implement aggressive sales strategy and achieve sales goals.

–        Continually monitor the quality of representation and ensure that it is optimized in each territory.

–        Train sales agents, distributors and specifiers on Paraflex products, technologies, and applications.

–        Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and agents.

–        Provide regular product and market feedback to marketing and product development team.

–        Represent Paraflex at trade shows, and industry events

Experience/Education:

–        Minimum of five years of applicable experience in commercial/industrial lighting-related sales

–        Bachelor’s Degree preferred

–        Proven success managing and selling through a sales agent network

–        Familiarity with LED technology and photometric principles is REQUIRED

–        Proficiency in office computer systems and Windows-based software (including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation programs, Internet browsing and e-mail)
