Regional Sales Manager–TechBrite

The Regional Sales Manager position will be responsible for sales and support of TB partners. Partners can be defined as (but not limited to) distributors, manufacturer’s reps and ESCOs. The position will be responsible for achieving revenue objectives as determined by TB management. Some travel will be required each quarter.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Manage TB partners responsible for selling TB products.
  2. Achieve quarter and annual sales targets.
  3. Prepare quotes for TB sales partners.
  4. Prepare lighting layouts for TB sales partners.
  5. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  6. Complete monthly sales activity report and sales contact report.
  7. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  8. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  9. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  10. Provide technical support and problem resolution to partners.
  11. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  12. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  13. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  14. Identify and resolve client concerns.
  15. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  16. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  17. Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events.
  2. Follow-up for collection of payment, as needed.
