Regional Sales Manager - NYC

Targetti Poulsen, a global manufacturer of interior and exterior architectural lighting solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to be based in New York City.  The company has a worldwide commercial organization that offers solutions in response to specific functional challenges of architects and lighting designers. The organization in the US, has been located with its headquarter in Ft. Lauderdale since 1985.

Targetti Poulsen creates architectural lighting products for both interior and exterior applications.  With our brands, Louis Poulsen and Targetti, we are in a position to offer optimum lighting solutions for any kind of professional spaces, skillfully conjuring up a unique blend of ambience, function and design.

The position requires an individual that shares the same passion for architectural lighting, innovation through design and culture of light with the rest of the organization.

We are looking for a professional that provides advisory service to architects, lighting designers, and engineers to ensure optimum lighting solutions.  The individual will work hand in hand with the clients, from identifying their needs, help with selection of products, to realizing the project and solving problems.  Being involved as lighting project partner will enable us to provide the most distinctive final image. 

The position is limited to the greater New York City territory and has therefore limited travel requirements outside this territory

Requirements: 

  • Lighting education and/or certification
  • A minimum of 3 years experience with specification grade products
  • Self-motivating attitude and great product presentation skills
