Regional Sales Managers – CIMCON Lighting; Wireless Controls for Outdoor Lighting

CIMCON Lighting seeks high performers with exception sales skills and industry expertise to continue our rapid growth and leadership position in the global market for wireless controls for outdoor lighting.  

Your Goal:  Exceed company’s sales goals for Wireless Controls and Central Management Software through CIMCON’s Go to Market channels of OEM partners, ESCOs, Smart Grid Companies and Direct Sales (utilities, municipalities, corporate and industrial customers).  

  • Execute the strategy to achieve the company’s sales goals for the Region.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in nurturing and closing strategic opportunities.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and develop key relationships; leverage existing industry contacts as potential customers and purchase influencers.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering unrelenting attention to customer service.
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team.
  • Work closely with CIMCON’s marketing team to establish successful lead generation, lead nurturing and channel and partner programs.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and pipeline status; prepare and manage sales expense budgets; maintain accurate records in Salesforce including information related to customer and prospect interactions
  • This position is home-office based.
