Sales Managers

Job Description:

Litetronics International, Inc is a privately held commercial lighting manufacturer based in Alsip, Ill.  Litetronics is in a growth mode and has multiple openings for Sales Managers in the Western and Southern areas of the country.  We are looking for people who have experience in the lighting industry and who can be responsible for sales growth over multiple states. Candidates should ideally live in their territories, but we will consider superior local candidates who can manage their territory from our corporate office.  These positions will require significant travel.

 Requirements:

• Candidates should have a track record of success in sales growth with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• Experience in industrial/lighting distribution desired
• Experience working with distributors, writing product specifications for end users and applications
• Technical product experience
• Capable of making effective presentations
• Possess effective oral and written communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Capable of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with all persons with whom this position interacts.
• Personal attributes that describe the candidate: aggressive, hard working, driven, and hungry for success.
