MIDWEST WHOLESALE LIGHTING CORPORATION, a Large wholesale Lighting Distributor, located in the heart of Los Angeles, CA., seeks a Lighting Projects Quotation person to join its growing team.
POSITION : LIGHTING PROJECTS QUOTATION SPECIALIST
WORK HOURS: Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm ( may be subject to change )
REPORTS TO : Quotes Manager & General Manager
RESPONSIBLITIES:
. Responsible for quoting lighting material from plans & specifications on construction projects while using company formats.
. Interact with electrical contractors, architects, engineers.
. Collect and analyze pricing received from manufacturers and representatives, to determine that the pricing meets the requirement of the project.
. Ability to interact with outside sales and all company personnel.
. Negotiate with lighting manufacturers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
. Must have organizational and time management skills with the ability to deal with a fast pace and constantly changing environment.
. Must be detailed oriented.
. Mathematical skills and knowledge of general pricing is required.
. Basic PC skills
. Customer service, communication & people skills is desired. Our customers come first.
. Lighting quotations experience preferred, but willing to train.
. High school diploma or GED required
