Position Title: Project Manager
Responsible for coordinating, planning, ordering for, maintaining, and servicing lighting projects. Strong customer service based background required. Ability to handle multiple projects of varying complexity essential. Prerequisite of 5 years in project management. Other relevant skills are ability to keep costs within budget, including but not limited to keeping factories up to date on their scheduling commitments. Must be able to work with and service wide range of clientele in the commercial and residential markets. Also essential is ability to provide value engineering skills to any lighting project. Experience in commercial and residential sales and/or project management a plus.
