Project Coordinator–Litelab

Litelab Corp., headquartered in Buffalo, NY is a World Class Manufacturer of architectural lighting products.  Due to our continued growth we have a need for a Project Coordinator.

The successful candidate will work with internal and external customers to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects. Duties will include coordinating schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services and tracking progress and results.

 Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree is preferred with prior work experience preferably in the commercial electrical industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Must be able to take initiative and follow through on projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word,  Excel and Outlook is required; experience in Made2Manage helpful but not required. 
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple duties accurately and work well under pressure
  • Must have the ability to effectively work with customers, offering solutions for them  in a professional manner
