LUXTECH, LLC, a rapidly growing LED Lighting company based in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking candidates for the position of OEM Sales Manager.
We have already placed independent OEM sales agents in all territories in the US and Canada and they are all producing revenue. The key focus of this position will be continuing our 200% Y/Y sales growth trajectory by travelling with our agents and assisting in closing sales and supporting OEM customers.
Requirements:
- Technical understanding of LEDs and Electronics
- Outstanding closer and salesperson
- Willing to travel approximately 3x/month for 2-4 days per trip

- LED Experience
- Lighting Experience
- Experience running a national rep organization.
