With our two facilities in New Jersey where we manufacture, assemble and house all of our LED and fluorescent products. Coronet manufactures a wide variety of recessed, surface, and pendant mounted luminaires for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Our product line has increased tremendously over the last few years, and we continue to add to what we can offer.
Primary Responsibilities
•Sheet metal design
•Design and create lighting layouts and update when necessary
•Improve and implement product improvement plans and product modifications
•Develop and design new lighting and related products
•Design special products and modified products as requested by customers
•Examine issues and implement solutions pertaining to lighting fixtures
•Research, design and evaluate Lighting fixtures and equipment and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles
Skills & Experience
•BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
•5+ years of mechanical design experience is required
•Experience with Pro-E/Creo or similar software is required
•LED experience required
•Experience with AutoCAD, 2/3 dimensional
