Job functions include:
•Deal directly with customers via phone and email
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a professional manner
•Quote projects from price book
•Project management liaison between production and the customer
•Liaison between engineering and customers
Work experience:
Minimum of one year work experience in similar customer service role, lighting industry experience a plus.
Education:
High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.
