Job functions include:
- Deal directly with customers via phone and email
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Quote projects from price book
- Project management liaison between production and the customer
- Liaison between engineering and customers
Work experience:
Minimum of five years’ work experience in similar customer service role in the lighting industry.
Education:
High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.
