The position is for an Inside Sales Assistant to the Sales manager for Khatod North America. The qualified person will be required to assist with the sales management, securing and increases sales with current clients as well as promoting sales and following up with leads for new clients. The position will require the individual to have excellent knowledge of the product lines , superb customer service skills, computer and organizational skills as well as some marketing analysis using data base.
This is an entry level full time position for Khatod North America with the opportunity for growth within the company. The position does not allow for working remotely or from home therefore the individual must be available to work normal business hours at the Khatod North America office in Pembroke, MA.
Criteria:
•Have some experience (min. of 1 year) with LED or LED Lighting industry.
•Previous inside or outside sales experience.
•Be able to work well with a team to bring about a common goal.
•Have the ability and desire to learn new things.
•Be humble, well organized and detail oriented.
•Be proficient with Microsoft office products.
•Work well with clients by phone and email.
•Have a high work ethic, be self motivated and able to work independently once given a directive.
•Have a great attitude for helping with all that is needed to bring about company growth.
