Inside Sales and Service Coordinator–Cireon

Our Moorpark, CA location is expanding and there is an opportunity for an INSIDE SALES and SERVICES COORDINATOR that will be responsible for producing photometric reports for projects using AGI32 software, provide RFQs and/or RFIs to reps and agents, following up and reporting on outstanding quotes, monitoring sales order progress, and communicating fulfillment dates to customers.  The purpose of this job is to help ensure that the company is responsive to the needs of our customers, sales representatives, and sales personnel. 

The position will interact with all levels of management and requires excellent verbal and written skills, a high school diploma, and a minimum of 2 years technical customer service experience, preferably in the lighting industry.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, AGI32 experience preferred, but not required.  Job description available on request or search at www.CalJOBS.ca.gov
