District Sales Manager, New York City, Eureka Lighting

Position:          Districts Sales Manager (New York City’s Five Boroughs)

You must have experience driving revenue through leading a diverse network of manufacturing sales reps in a competitive environment. You have success selling to architects, designers and engineers, and your track record is there to prove it. You must excel in coaching, growing, motivating, and holding a team accountable to their personal goals and understand how to tie them to the company goals. You also have strong selling and closing skills and can maintain and grow your own accounts to keep your pulse on the market. You must excel in a rapid pace environment and be a quick study.

You lead by example and understand how to help your team sell value to displace the competition on something other than price with top of the line products in a business to business environment.  You’re a strong problem solver and excel at listening and asking the right questions. Technology is your friend both with products and with measuring your team’s activities and behaviors. Experience selling or managing in the electrical industry is required. You must have prior income of $70,000 plus and have desire to earn more.
