USAI Lighting, a leader in Spec Grade Recessed Downlighting is looking to add a Design Engineer at our facility located in New Windsor New York. USAI is known for its industry leading and award winning LED recessed lighting.
The role of Design engineer is to design and develop new recessed luminaries from concept through production. This engineer will work closely with the engineering team as well as senior management, manufacturing, assembly and sales. REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelors Degree in Engineering – preferably Mechanical
-3-5 years professional experience in mechanical product design
-Proficient in Solidworks (ProE or Inventor acceptable)
-Knowledgeable in all facets of manufacturing, die casting, sheet metal, extrusions, and materials
