Customer Service/Project Management – Delray Lighting, Inc.

Los Angeles Area. 

Delray is pleased to announce an opening in Customer Service for a Customer Service Rep to help increase sales and build positive relationships with Delray sales reps and customers.

Tasks include, but not limited to:

  • Interface with Delray sales reps and distributors re: all customer service issues
  • Daily upload of Sales Rep sales/shipping invoice reports
  • Assist customers with product questions
  • Assist with expedite/on-time schedules with production manager and foreman
  • Project management for national accounts

Qualifications:

  • Pleasant, professional attitude
  • 3+ years lighting industry experience
  • Strong background in order entry, quotations, and commissions
  • Technical understanding of light sources (LEDs critical), ballasts/drivers, dimming, and emergency lighting
  • Experience with PC-based manufacturing software (PCMRP a plus), as well as typical office software (Microsoft Outlook, Office, etc.)
