Customer Service Representative – Visionaire Lighting

Visionaire Lighting LLC is seeking a dedicated and motivated employee looking for a rewarding job in Customer Service. Visionaire Lighting is a large architectural area lighting manufacturer looking to provide professional grade support to all of our loyal customers. We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and are seeking a knowledgeable individual who can provide top tier support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact and provide exceptional customer service for end users needing support as it pertains to their account.
  • Be familiar with the product offerings.  Must be able to understand current catalog front to back and respond to technical inquiries.
  • Abide by all policies and procedures and keep up with the changes made to the policies.
  • Actively listen and evaluate each client’s request and use problem solving skills to best help them.
  • Data Entry
  • Quotations
  • Trouble shooting for a variety of technical calls
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of professional experience within the lighting indusry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong organization and clerical skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Bilingual (not required)
  • Position hours: 7:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday – Friday
