 Customer Service Manager

Fast growing and leading lighting manufacturer seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee a customer service and quotation department. This key role will report to the Head of Operations and have a direct effect on setting and executing policy and procedures for the customer service division.

Responsibilities include:

·         Managing 3 regional customer service representatives
·         Hiring, training and evaluating the CSR team
·         Maintaining corporate policies and procedures
·         Working effectively with all departments Finance, Logistics, Engineering and Operations
·         Excellent product knowledge
·         Provide accurate quotations to customers
·         Build strong relationships with customers
 

Qualifications:

·         Minimum 3 years lighting experience
·         Experience in CRM programs (Saleforce.com)
·         Must be assertive and work independently
·         Excellent communicator
·         Working with Excel and Word are required.
·         SAP software experience a plus.
·         Supervisory experience is required
·         College or equivalent education required
