Customer Service Manager
Fast growing and leading lighting manufacturer seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee a customer service and quotation department. This key role will report to the Head of Operations and have a direct effect on setting and executing policy and procedures for the customer service division.
Responsibilities include:
· Managing 3 regional customer service representatives· Hiring, training and evaluating the CSR team· Maintaining corporate policies and procedures· Working effectively with all departments Finance, Logistics, Engineering and Operations· Excellent product knowledge· Provide accurate quotations to customers· Build strong relationships with customersQualifications:
· Minimum 3 years lighting experience· Experience in CRM programs (Saleforce.com)· Must be assertive and work independently· Excellent communicator· Working with Excel and Word are required.· SAP software experience a plus.· Supervisory experience is required· College or equivalent education requiredRequired experience:
