West-Lite is looking for individuals to join our team in the Phoenix/Tempe, Arizona area.
In 1981 West-Lite Supply was founded in Los Angeles, CA with the purpose of becoming America’s premier distributor of lighting products. With 5 branches strategically located throughout the country, hundreds of manufacturers on our shelves, a long list of prominent, national accounts and years of dedicated service we are well on our way towards that goal. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop measurement tools and reports with which to establish, verify and measure salesforce effectiveness and profitability.
- Lead and motivate through effective and open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback, team building and initial training of existing representatives and new customers in order to maximize customer satisfaction, business results and employee satisfaction
- Responsible for achieving sales, profit, and growth goals
- Manage distribution Sales Reps in a specified region to develop new business and increase overall sales.
- Develop creative programs to achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of lighting commercial/industrial/project management experience a must • Proven track record of achieving sales targets (personal and team) • Lighting industry sector awareness • Strong business and financial acumen • Degree preferred but not required • Project management skills • Highly proficient in Microsoft/other relevant software usage (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
COMPENSATION
- Guaranteed monthly draw against commissions
- Car allowance, phone and expenses towards sales paid
- Annual Bonus paid on branch profit
