Job Description: Audit Division Manager
Job Summary: This newly created position will help to implement an Illumetek National Audit and Design Team. A few of the main responsibilities you will be taking on include hiring, training and managing a team of approximately 2 – 3 field auditors. You and your team will conduct field surveys and investment grade audits on a national level. The audit team will work directly in conjunction with the sales team to develop full turnkey and labor only solutions while assisting with design, specification, and ECM development on new opportunities as well as working with the project and engineering team to assist in current programs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Hiring, developing and overseeing a team of 2 – 3 road warrior field auditors
- Creating and maintain an audit process for all team members and facilitating field training as needed
- Contractor performance management, maintenance of contracts and pricing structures
- Keep updated on market trends and pricing
- Coordinating audit requests and dispatching of appropriate resources to achieve customer deadlines
- Assist in cross training different departments to grow our auditing capabilities
- Managing overall turnaround time and quality of investment grade audits
- Directing the use of Auditing software as a platform for data collection, pricing, analytics
- Preparing reports and status updates as needed for continuous improvement

Special Requirements:
- 3 + years in the energy industry (lighting, mechanical or engineering)
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time
- Management experience required
