Account Manager–Yankon Lighting

Summary

Yankon Lighting (www.yankon-lighting.com) is seeking an Account Manager near Morrisville, North Carolina area. This position will be responsible to manage Yankon Lighting Morrisville team and support the key account. The position will develop & define new business opportunities, support existing business, maintain strategic business relationship with the customer, and provide timely communication with headquarter.

Essential Duties

  • Maintain, develop and grow the business relationship with the key customer. Everyday account management and follow up on customer’s requests.
  • Identify or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners. Discovering and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Grow new business by actively collecting customers’ new requirements, pre-sale and promoting Yankon’s new products to key customers based on market trend.
  • Timely provide customers’ requests to factory. Investigate problems, develop solutions, prepare reports, and make recommendations to account manager.
  • Coordinates existing sales effort by following up with different departments from customers and factory such as marketing, sales management, pricing, logistics and technical service group.
  • Proactively keep track on North America lighting industry trend. Provide timely market feedback and report to factory.

Requirements

  • Business or electrical engineering background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Self-motivated and strong self-starter
  • Prefer previous working experience in purchasing/sales. Familiar with industrial standard logistics and purchasing system.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • market, sales, buyer: 5 years

Required education:

  • Bachelor’s
