Position: Account Manager

We need energetic Account Managers to help us grow our business. Much of our work is low-volume, specialized, and highly decorative. Responsibilities Include:
- Lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customer’s project
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
- Communicate project timeline based on customer needs and objectives
- Maintain customer digital data file for sign off documentation/related documents
- Assist with account escalations or issues as needed
- Forecast and track account metrics
- Maintain client project details in M1 and in Outlook accordingly
- Can articulate design details and scope of project to the client, quoting, engineering and production team
- Gathers client information on project for putting together quotes using M1
- Develop cut sheet for client using SolidWorks
- Log signed off finish samples as required
- Act as liaison and central communication between customers and department managers
- Performs miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or Mechanical Design preferred
- 2+ years experience working in the industrial design field
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — clear and professional demeanor
- Strong business focus and a passion for delivering outstanding results
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize with efficiency
- Initiative, drive and a self-starting work ethic
- Working knowledge of Excel, M1, Adobe & Word
- A passion for the lighting industry
