Dabmar Lighting, a nationwide outdoor lighting company is expanding rapidly and seeks energetic sales professionals to cover the Central Florida markets.
Our company is a nationwide vendor for electrical wholesalers, lighting showrooms and irrigation distributors.
Extensive product and in-field training is provided for all new employees. Outside sales experience is required.
What to expect as an Outside Sales Representative:
• Base Salary with commission (no ceiling on commission)
• Car provided
• 100-150 accounts to start
• Comprehensive sales training on our products and how to demonstrate them effectively
• Mon – Fri work schedule, weekends for trade shows (2-3 shows per year)
• A customer service dept. that will place your orders and help support your clients
• Reliable warehouse staff that will ship your orders
• We provide a cell phone and computer
Essential Duties
• Cold call into new accounts
• Manage and grow business within existing accounts
• Possessing a self-starting independent mentality
• Work with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
