TCP Withdraws NYSE Delist Appeal

AURORA, OhioMarch 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — TCP International Holdings Ltd. (OTC: TCPIF) (“the Company”) today announced that the Company has withdrawn its request to appeal the New York Stock Exchange’s determination to delist TCPI’s common stock.  As a result, the NYSE notified the Company of its intention to apply to the Securities and Exchange Commission for delisting of TCPI’s common stock, which will remove the common stock from listing and registration on the NYSE.  The Company will continue to trade on the OTC Link, and the NYSE delisting will not affect the Company’s day-to-day business operations.
