The StressCrete Group is pleased to announce that we have purchased the equipment and other assets of Sky Cast Inc. This acquisition is consistent with our Group’s growth objectives and will benefit each of our spun concrete pole manufacturing locations in Alabama, Kansas, and Ontario.
Our goal of increasing market share for The StressCrete Group and the spun concrete pole industry as a whole will be well served as a result of this acquisition. It also reinforces our objective of remaining an industry leader by offering the best quality products and customer service available.
StressCrete will work closely with all previous Sky Cast customers where possible to realize a seamless transition and to ensure they receive our Gold Standard level of service and quality now and in the future.
