A long-standing and highly-respected veteran of the lighting industry with a strong background in the commercialization of emerging technologies, Weiss’ 35-year career has included high-level technical roles with such leading companies as Gardco Lighting, Peerless Lighting, Insight Lighting, and most recently Simkar Lighting, where he worked for the past decade as Director of Engineering and Technology. Bringing extensive expertise in all aspects of engineering, design, and product development, Weiss is responsible for broadening LumenOptix’s portfolio of new products and for the company’s continued development and growth of rapid-response solutions that meet the market’s demand for both existing and emerging lighting technologies.
