LSI Names New EVP, CFO

LSI is making changes to its financial team. James Galeese has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer at LSI Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: LYTS). Galeese succeeds Ronald Stowell, who has been named chief financial officer emeritus and treasurer and will remain part of LSI’s financial leadership team. Vice president and controller Jeffery Bastian, who has worked at LSI for 28 years, has also been promoted to vice president and chief accounting officer as a result. “I look forward to Jim Galeese joining the executive management team of LSI,” CEO Dennis Wells said in a statement. “His extensive years of financial leadership experience.
