DURHAM, N.C. (AP) _ Cree Inc. (CREE) on Tuesday reported a loss of $5.9 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.
The Durham, North Carolina-based company said it had a loss of 6 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 4 cents per share.
The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 5 cents per share.
