As a result of continued increases in costs associated with materials such as aluminum, transportation and fuel, Simkar is announcing a 3% - 5% price increase across most of our Fluorescent , HID and E&E product families effective September 17, 2007. 

All orders received on or before September 14, 2007 for immediate release will be honored at current pricing.   All orders placed after September 17, 2007 will be shipped and invoiced at new / increased price levels.  Current outstanding quotations will be honored at the prices and under the terms of the original quote.  All quotations on or before September 17, 2007 will reflect prevailing prices and quotation terms.

Simkar remains committed to providing you -  our customer - the best value in the lighting industry.  As with all prior increases, we will endeavor to ensure that this implementation is efficient and non-disruptive to our mutual business with each other.
