Kenall seeks a Quotations Specialist, a key member of the Sales team, to:

·         Generate crossovers, verify their accuracy; reconcile quotations with orders received; assist in project management through factory release.

·         Respond to agent inquiries on non-standard product (non-configured bills of material), interfacing with Applications Engineering, as necessary.

·         Obtain component suppliers’ advance special price quotations for large projects, i.e.: Purchase Quote Tracer.

·         Promote proper use of Sure Ship Service program and standard in-stock or higher production products.

·         Set-up quotations on quote system, including data entry into database.

·         Provide backup and support for all Quotations Specialists.

·         Recommend pricing based upon job requirements, competition and quote strategy.

·         Other duties, etc. as required.

 

We seek a professional with 2+ years Quotations experience and knowledge of florescent & HID from within the lighting industry. Manufacturing/ Bill of Material experience is preferred. Excellent communication, strong customer service skills and PC literacy are required. Position demands accuracy, organization and attention to detail.  A flexible, "can do" attitude is a must!
