The Job:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Regional Sales Manager to embark on an exciting career growth opportunity. The Regional Sales Manager will develop our sales network, follow leads and expand our customer base in our NY/NJ headquarters. You would be responsible for acquiring new assignments and projects, by visiting and establishing the dealer network, architects, project managers, key accounts and representing a key figure between different decision makers (project managers, lighting designers. architects, installer and dealer network). You will also offer support to the current representative network in your assigned territory with new product introductions, showroom updates. You keep abreast of new trends and new market developments and analyze the competition.

You will be responsible for the regional sales growth for Traxon in the your market. We have identified a big potential in this national market and your responsibility is to develop and implement a sales plan for our growth. 

Qualifications

The successful applicant will be self-motivated and results-oriented and have a strong background in sales management in lighting design industry.

·         At least 5 years experience in sales management , preferably in the lighting industry

·         Bachelor degree in business administration (MBA preferred)

·         Ten years of applicable experience in lighting-related management may act in lieu of a college degree

·         Strong Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
