We are one of the industry’s most respected independent
lighting manufacturers, producing high-performance lighting for commercial and
architectural markets.
Kenall seeks a Quotations Representative to
assist with all quotations activities including data entry, recommendations,
tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
- Set-up
quotations on quote system;
- Provide back-up
and support for all Quotations Specialists;
·
Generate
crossovers, verify their accuracy; reconcile quotations with orders received;
assist in project management through factory release;
·
Assist
in generating pricing based upon job requirements, competition and quote
strategy, etc.
We
seek a professional with 1+ year Quotations experience, a background in
plastics/ fabrication, and knowledge of florescent & HID from within the
lighting industry. Excellent communication, strong customer service skills and
PC literacy are required. Position demands accuracy, organization and attention
to detail. A flexible, "can do" attitude is a must!
