They are looking for a professional who knows the market and the competition to take over as Principal Designer.
To succeed, you must have a solid knowledge of product design, detail drawing creation, CAD, and design process management. In addition, a working knowledge of material fabrication processes, injection molding, and die or sandcast processes are important.
You should be comfortable working as part of a team as well as delegating responsibility.
At least 7 years current design experience in LIGHTING FIXTURES is essential.
LED lighting experience is a plus.
