Now Philips v. Rigid; Claims 11 Patent Infringements

On 21 JUL, EdisonReport reported that JST Performance, d/b/a/ Rigid Industries had filed a complaint against Philips Lighting for its "774" patents.   According to Rigid's attorney, Mike Wallace, "Based on this patent, Philips could claim a violation by almost any LED-based luminaire."  Today, we report that Philips has filed patent infringement claims agains Rigid.
